The Monte Vista Water District's website serves residents and businesses and offers many services online, but does not offer the option for residents to request a new water service on the website. Currently, residents need to call for such request and setting up payment.
The overall website interface presents other issues such as findability of tasks, accessibility, and confusing navigation.
